Historically, our event was based around teams of local businesses and individuals coming together to build scarecrows to raise funds for local and international charity projects and initiatives.

Today our annual Scarecrow Festival has evolved into an event filled with a mixture of local art, local items, getaway packages, garden sculptures, and of course the classic scarecrows.
